Sherman Mok
MScPT Registered Physiotherapist
For many years now, Sherman has been a physiotherapy service provider for the community of Pickering. Sherman is passionate about service and he firmly believes that everyone deserves to have a better understanding of their injuries and symptoms. With his expertise and experience in sports injury, rehab of repetitive strain, soft tissue injury, chronic pain and complex injury, Sherman believes in paying attention to details to address the root cause of the problem. As well, Sherman believes that treatment should be a holistic approach where different types of techniques are combined to provide the optimal results. Maximum recovery is achieved through different use of exercise active therapy, soft tissue techniques, stretching or joint mobilization as well as different modalities.
Sherman’s top priority in physiotherapy would be treating clients with respect, genuine care and giving his expert opinion about the situation at hand. Given a range of clients from athletes in various sports, individuals involving in a car accident, or people that experience day-to-day chronic pain, Sherman believes that everyone is their own unique individual and care should be customized to individual needs.
Purvang Patel
Registered Physiotherapist
Purvang is a graduated from Queen’s university with his Master’s degree in Physiotherapy. Through his practice, he regards the success of each treatment largely depends on an excellent assessment, throughout knowledge of the injury and proper treatment skills. Purvang believes in getting into the details of each injury and that each patient is unique in order to ensure an individualized treatment plan. Purvang uses both passive and active approach to treat his patients and has extensive training in providing manual therapy, electrical modalities, exercise prescription and patient education.
Purvang firmly believes that through his professionalism and clinical knowledge, he can take pride in delivering the best treatment for any client that requires our expertise.
Rachel Tan
Registered Physiotherapist
Rachel completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy in 2018 in the Philippines. She has worked in a wide range of settings, including outpatient clinics, hospitals, and community-based rehabilitation programs. Since relocating to Ontario, she has gained an additional four years of hands-on experience working in diverse rehabilitation clinics across the province, assisting individuals with musculoskeletal conditions, recovery following orthopedic surgery, and sports injuries. She emphasizes a holistic and tailored treatment strategy aimed at resolving the underlying causes of pain, ensuring long-term improvement and overall well-being.
Rachel places a strong emphasis on patient education, empowering individuals to better understand their conditions and take an active role in their recovery. She combines this with manual therapy techniques, such as joint mobilizations, myofascial release, and therapeutic stretching, and tailors’ strength and mobility exercises to meet each patient’s unique needs.

Dr. Benson Ng, DC
Chiropractor
Dr. Benson Ng graduated from York University with an Honours degree in Kinesiology. While attending York, he was a member of the varsity track and field team, competing as a sprinter. He graduated from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College with his Doctorate of Chiropractic.
Dr. Ng has a strong background in the assessment and treatment of acute and chronic injuries by integrating functional screening, myofascial release therapy, joint mobilization, and rehabilitation protocols. Using these techniques, he is focused on identifying and correcting movement patterns in order to minimize injury and optimize performance. Dr. Ng firmly believes a multidisciplinary approach is the key to providing the best possible care.
Dr. Ng has a special interest in treating individuals suffering from a range of sports injuries. Having first-hand experience with the rigorous demands athletes go through allow him create a unique approach to restoring athletes back to function, as well as staying injury-free.
Dr. Ng’s currently keeps fit by running, weight training, and playing various sports. He also enjoys playing piano and board games.
Dr. Jamaal Coke, DC
Chiropractor
Dr. Jamaal Coke is a chiropractor, committed to the treatment, management and prevention of chronic conditions and acute injuries using various hands-on and instrument-assisted manual therapy techniques to reduce tension and improve mobility.
He received his Bachelor’s of Science Degree, Human Kinetics (Hons) at the University of Guelph. He then graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College (now known as Northeast College of Health Sciences). Dr. Coke has also achieved advanced certificates in Whole Food Nutrition and Sport Science & Human Performance.
Growing up as an athlete playing soccer, Dr. Jamaal Coke is dedicated to the treatment and recovery of sports injuries, as well as repetitive strain injuries that the general population faces.
Adam Merali
Registered Massage Therapist
Adam graduated from Humber College and became registered with the CMTO in 2019. His interest in the human body and natural health care led him to the path of becoming an RMT. He strives to help people improve their quality of life through massage therapy.
With advanced training and hands-on experience in deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, cupping, remedial exercise and trigger point release, Adam tailors each treatment to meet the unique needs of his clients.
He prioritizes in creating a comfortable space where clients can unwind, reset, and walk out feeling lighter, both physically and mentally. However, Adam also believes that massage therapy should extend beyond the clinic, so he always takes the time to listen, check in, and share simple self-care tips that can make a real difference between appointments.
Elva Huang
Registered Massage Therapist
Elva is a registered massage therapist graduated from Pharma-medical Science of Canada. She has been delivering effective treatment to her clients and she takes on a unique approach in her treatment styles. (ex. Foot Reflexology massage, stretch and fascial therapy massage)
Elva believes that her extensive knowledge of anatomy and the muscular system, allows her to treat the root cause of the pain. As well, Elva combines a friendly and communicative approach which allows her clients to feel at ease and relaxed. With a focus on attention to details, Elva selects the proper style through her wide range of techniques. As such she is able to provide quality and unique treatment to her clients.
Jacksy Robert
Registered Massage Therapist
For many years, Jacksy has been a registered massage therapist delivering effective treatment to her clients. She takes a unique approach in treating every individuals, utilizing different techniques in order to maximize their recovery. Jacksy is experienced in acute/chronic pain management, deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. During her treatments, she focus on the details provided by the client, work with that detail to come up with a unique treatment tailor to client needs.
Her style of treatment caters towards various pain conditions, injuries or just to reduce general stress. Jacksy believes that great results comes from providing her clients with listening to her clients and respect for her clients. This will truly guide her client towards being pain free, having optimal movement and enhance over performance. This goes for high level athletes to our weekend warriors.
Wei Han (Fiona)
Registered Massage Therapist
Fiona graduated from the Pharma Medical Science College of Canada in RMT, and is currently studying acupuncture as well. She is currently a member of CMTO in good standing.
Fiona believes that massage treatment should focus on body balance, how each side of our body interacts with the other to support function. She hopes to balance the tightness on both sides of the body using acupuncture points, trigger-point release, and other techniques, such as stretch therapy, remedial exercises, and the correct application of heat.
Fiona is experienced in Instrumental Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), cupping, and hot stone massage. Fiona finds IASTM very beneficial for tennis elbow and carpal tunnel syndrome. Also, the use of cupping and hot stone massage greatly aids in releasing muscle tension and increasing circulation, especially for neck and back pain.
In her spare time, Fiona practices Taichi and Ba Duan Jin for her overall health and well-being. She finds regular practice to be of great benefit for mental health, as well.
Mamata Narula
Registered Massage Therapist
Mamta holds a Bachelor of Education as well as a Master of Economics degree. Her passion for health care propelled her to expand her education by becoming a Registered Massage Therapist. She is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She thoroughly enjoys being a Massage Therapist.
Mamta is skilled in a wide variety of therapeutic massage techniques and her subject areas focus has been Anatomy, Clinical Assessment, and Pregnancy Massage.
Her experience includes treatment of a variety of musculoskeletal conditions as well as prenatal/postpartum massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, reflexology, shiatsu, kinesiology taping, myofascial release and trigger point therapy. As a mother of two herself, she has an expert understanding of how to get the best out of your body from day to day, both in pregnancy and non-pregnancy.
Mamta has treated a wide range of acute soft tissue injuries and chronic discomforts.
She is an experienced and professional Massage Therapist who takes pride in offering high-quality care.
Yin Li (Jessi)
Acupuncturist
Acupuncture treatment is a safe and effective treatment with minimal side effects and enhances overall health and well-being.

She has experience in acute/chronic pain management. For example: Sciatica, back joints, stiff neck, TMJ, headaches, and also to treat sinus, insomnia, constipation, and edema, etc.
During treatments, she emphasizes a patient-centered approach, tailoring treatments to each individual’s needs. Jessi believes in taking a unique approach to treating every individual. She incorporates a wide range of techniques, such as cupping or Gua Sha. Jessi’s approach to therapy is collaborative between her and the client. Most often, it focuses on designing a treatment plan to achieve the best results. She believes that she needs to create a secure, trusting environment with her patient to produce the best results. Conditions that Jessi treats range from pain conditions, injuries, to overall reduction of stress and depression.
